Gold Showroom AI Desk

Today’s verified rates. A showroom-owned customer journey.

A configurable n8n starter for jewellers using a client-owned Google Sheet ratebook and opt-in customer list. It prepares a 10:30 Asia/Kolkata rate-broadcast draft, handles bounded rate and savings-scheme questions, checks opted-in instalment reminders two days before a due date, and drafts showroom-visit requests. It does not send broadcasts, calculate a binding quote, or activate schedules by purchase.

Workflow

  1. Create and populate the four approved Google Sheet tabs
  2. Import each inactive n8n workflow and test with synthetic records
  3. Add the client’s own Google/Meta/AI credentials in n8n Credentials
  4. Review consent, rates, estimate wording, and schedule times
  5. Keep broadcasts and reminders paused until the showroom owner approves activation

Operational contract

Trigger
A client-owned ratebook/customer event, synthetic manual test, or separately approved schedule example: daily 10:30 rate broadcast and 11:00 reminders in Asia/Kolkata.
Source data
Owner-maintained Rates/Subscribers/Scheme/Visits fields, current rate date, opted_in=yes, explicit making-charge/tax settings, approved scheme due date and showroom owner.
Action
Prepare current-rate, opt-in broadcast/reminder, estimate and staff-owned visit drafts. Reminders require exactly two days before the approved due date. No live sends, investment advice, binding quote, scheme payment or schedule activation.
What to measure
Rate freshness, staff-approved estimate corrections, opted-in reminder draft eligibility, booked-by-staff visits, duplicate suppression and owned exception count.
AI + rules
Starter Code nodes validate synthetic data and prepare drafts using explicit rules. Included prompts and JSON schemas guide a separately configured, approved AI classification/extraction step; starter rules are not presented as AI execution.
Human fallback
Missing facts, uncertain answers, unsupported actions, and provider failures go to the named business owner’s review queue.
Logging
The starter returns a workflow name, correlation ID, status, and audit/action draft. Production adapters must persist event/version/owner/timestamps and communication outcomes in the approved source or log store.
Errors & duplicate prevention
Recheck current source status before writes/sends. Use a durable idempotency store keyed to event/record and action; demo flags are not production deduplication. Failed adapters must create an owned exception, not silently retry consequential actions.
