Set up Lead Qualification Engine
Import the inactive workflow kit and run its supplied synthetic example. Enter API credentials directly in your client-owned n8n Credentials vault, never in Aria's form.
What your client supplies
- An approved inbound lead source
- n8n and an approved AI provider
- Documented CRM connection
- Your qualification rules and outreach policies
Product-specific provider and API checklist
Inbound lead source / CRM — Required for the scoped production use
Supplies consented lead payloads and stores reviewed qualification.
- Form/CRM name, vendor API docs, field names, permission scopes, queue owner
Credential destination: n8n Credentials vault.
- Import the workflow and test a synthetic lead.
- Connect one approved source and one CRM adapter.
AI provider (optional) — Optional
Adds classification over supplied facts; the starter rules alone are not AI calls.
- Provider/model, prompt schema, data-retention policy, and budget owner
Credential destination: n8n Credentials vault.
- Add the provider credential in n8n.
- Validate structured outputs on synthetic fixtures.
Installation and API connection are separately quoted
Ask Aria to contact you for installation, provider API wiring or a managed usage-cost quote. Purchasing a kit does not activate integrations, calls, broadcasts or schedules.
