Local Website Audit & Lead Engine

Find the gap. Prepare the preview. Review before contact.

A separate lead-generation pipeline starter for scoring public small-business websites, extracting verified brand details, and preparing an enhanced-site preview and personalized outreach draft. The supplied stdlib-only analyzer and data schemas are included. The site finder, website generator, scheduler, hosting, email/CRM APIs, and live outreach need client configuration; sending is never automatic.

Workflow

  1. Set location, niches, score threshold, and daily limit in the local config
  2. Run the website analyzer on an authorized public URL
  3. Review extracted facts and a clearly watermarked preview
  4. Prepare a single opt-out-aware outreach draft
  5. Obtain a person’s approval before any external contact

Operational contract

Trigger
A manually supplied public business URL or a client-approved prospect-source run.
Source data
Source, niche/location, authorized public website content, analyzer score, domain-level dedup key, sender details and opt-out/history state.
Action
Score and extract visible public site facts, queue a clearly watermarked private-preview draft and produce one personalized outreach draft. This starter does not discover contacts, host previews or send emails/contact forms automatically.
What to measure
Valid-site analysis rate, score-threshold precision sample, dedup collisions, human-approved preview rate, outreach opt-outs and error/manual-review counts; do not optimize by maximizing unsolicited volume.
AI + rules
Starter Code nodes validate synthetic data and prepare drafts using explicit rules. Included prompts and JSON schemas guide a separately configured, approved AI classification/extraction step; starter rules are not presented as AI execution.
Human fallback
Missing facts, uncertain answers, unsupported actions, and provider failures go to the named business owner’s review queue.
Logging
The starter returns a workflow name, correlation ID, status, and audit/action draft. Production adapters must persist event/version/owner/timestamps and communication outcomes in the approved source or log store.
Errors & duplicate prevention
Recheck current source status before writes/sends. Use a durable idempotency store keyed to event/record and action; demo flags are not production deduplication. Failed adapters must create an owned exception, not silently retry consequential actions.
