Set up Voice Front Desk Starter
Import the inactive workflow kit and run its supplied synthetic example. Enter API credentials directly in your client-owned n8n Credentials vault, never in Aria's form.
What your client supplies
- A client-owned supported voice-agent/telephony provider and approved number, if using phone calls
- Provider-specific onboarding/KYC, account balance, telephony terms, and language availability confirmed directly by the client
- An approved source API or staff queue, plus named live-transfer destination
- Client-approved call disclosure/recording, consent, privacy, and escalation policy
Product-specific provider and API checklist
Indian voice/telephony provider — Required for the scoped production use
Rents and routes a number through the client’s direct provider account.
- Provider plan, eligible number type, KYC/compliance approval, supported languages, transfer destination
Credential destination: Provider/API credential only in the client-owned n8n Credentials vault.
- Complete KYC and rent a number with the provider.
- Route synthetic calls, consent/disclosures, and human transfer before go-live.
Business API / human queue — Required for the scoped production use
Looks up approved business facts and hands exceptions to staff.
- CRM/scheduling/helpdesk API docs, allowed read/write scopes, working-hours and fallback owner
Credential destination: n8n Credentials vault.
- Use a read-only/sandbox adapter first.
- Approve required actions and transfer path with the business owner.
Installation and API connection are separately quoted
Ask Aria to contact you for installation, provider API wiring or a managed usage-cost quote. Purchasing a kit does not activate integrations, calls, broadcasts or schedules.
